About Anna
Anna is a writer, speaker, and licensed mental health therapist. Her work has appeared in Women’s Health, The New York Times, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Newsweek, among other publications. She has been a guest on The Tamron Hall Show, and is the co-host of Healing + Dealing.
She grew up in the Boston area. She lives in Santa Fe, NM, with her husband and two children.
